Iran warns US against overstepping in talks or ceasefire

Mohsen Rezai, former IRGC commander and current military adviser to Iran's Supreme Leader, warned that Iran will not allow the US to overstep in negotiations or ceasefire processes, threatening a barrage of missiles and drones in response to any aggression.

Mohsen Rezai, a former commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and currently a military adviser to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, issued a stark warning to the United States.

"Neither in negotiations nor in the ceasefire process will we allow America to overstep," Rezai said. "The response to every shot and aggression will be a barrage of missiles and drones."

His comments come amid ongoing geopolitical tensions, signaling that Iran maintains a hardline stance on any potential diplomatic engagement. The statement was published on Iranian state-aligned Telegram channels.
